Rates

As at October 2011

All rates are in Australian Dollars. We are not registered for GST at this time. Hourly Rates are billed at 15 minute increments. Expenses are additional and itemised on the Invoice. Traveling time is charged for onsite visits as well as traveling time, petrol and tolls.

Service Rates:

 

At Deb-e-Secretarial we can work with your business on a hourly rate if you have odd jobs or on a retainer / package deal which means you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Signing up for a package deal means that the hourly rate will also drop slightly.

Hourly Rates

Should you wish to trial the services of a Deb-e-Secretarial, our hourly rate starts at $40 per hr for administration services.

All rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Hourly Rates are billed at ΒΌ hour increments. Expenses are additional and itemised on the Invoice. Travelling time is charged for onsite visits.

Virtual Personal Assistant (secretarial services) including word processing, diary management and general admin support services etc $40.00 per hour.

Transcription (medical, legal & general) from $2.20 per audio minute for clear non-specialist transcription.

PowerPoint Presentations from $40.00 per hour. Inclusion of audio, video or interactive items may attract a higher rate.

Excel Spreadsheets from $40.00 per hour. Creation/editing of more advanced spreadsheets using formulae and macros may increase the cost due to the expertise involved.

Website and Design work – from $45.00 per hour.

Databases (ACT!, SalesForces) $40.00 per hour (happy to learn new programs as well!).

Copywriting / Writing Due to the specialised nature of these services, requirements will need to be discussed in detail before a rate or price can be decided. Please email us to get more information. Please note, using a virtual personal assistant is a much cheaper option for copywriting / writing and even website design as opposed to a bigger business that charges around $2,000 for the basic packages. We have access to qualified copywriters who are experienced and willing to customise your copy to your requirements.

Retainers and Packages

 

Hourly Retainer Packages 5hrs = $175 inc, 10hrs = $350 inc, 15hrs = $525 inc.

Virtual Receptionist Packages Why hire your own receptionist, and have all the other expenses of a full time employee, when you can have a dedicated virtual receptionist(VR) for less than $10 a day!

Lite Plan – $49.95 per week – Up to 5-10 calls per day – dedicated phone line and voicemail box for after hrs – choice of message method – dedicated VR, trained in your business processes and products/services

Heavy Plan – $249.95 per week – Up to 25-50 calls per day – dedicated phone line and voicemail box for after hrs – choice of message method – dedicated VR, trained in your business processes and products/services

Business Management Packages We have convenient packages to choose from also:

1. Custom Packages We can develop a custom package to suit your individual needs, budget and business goals. Choose from 100′s of combinations. Or simply go with one of our set packages below.

2. Starter Package – 5 hrs administration support – access to Central Desktop – online database and team collaboration – dedicated phone line and voicemail service – Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am – 5.00pm M to F

COST $290 inc gst per week

3. Silver Package – 10 hrs administration support – access to central desktop – online database and team collaboration – dedicated phone line and voicemail service – Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am – 5.00pm M to F

COST $580 inc gst per week

4. Platinum Package – 15 hrs administration support – access to central desktop – online database and team collaboration – dedicated phone line and voicemail service – Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am – 5.00pm M to F

COST $870 inc gst per week

Terms and Conditions

A signed contract outlining the project will be required for all levels of service. A copy will be emailed / posted to you and once signed, faxed back to Deb-e-Secretarial prior to commencing work.

Expenses are additional and will be itemised on the final invoice. These additional expenses could include extra postage, courier services, STD / ISD phone calls, special stationery etc.

Basic phone calls, emails and printing stationery are included in the hourly rate.


ASAP Service

For extremely urgent projects that need to be done yesterday, a surcharge of 20% applies to the total invoice.
