All rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Hourly Rates are billed at ¼ hour increments. Expenses are additional and itemised on the Invoice. Travelling time is charged for onsite visits.

Monthly Retainer
For clients who require an ongoing service, a Monthly Retainer is recommended to save you even more money.
- 8 hours per month (2 hours per week) 5% discount
- 16 hours per month (4 hours per week) 7.5% discount
- 24 hours per month (6 hours per week) 10% discount
- 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) 15% discount
A minimum 3-month contract is required with 30 days notice of any changes in the Monthly Retainer Plans.
ASAP Service
For extremely urgent projects that need to be done yesterday, a surcharge of 20% applies to the total invoice.
Terms and Conditions
A signed contract outlining the project will be required for all levels of service. A copy will be emailed / posted to you and once signed, faxed back to Deb-e-Secretarial prior to commencing work.
Expenses are additional and will be itemised on the final invoice. These additional expenses could include extra postage, courier services, STD / ISD phone calls, special stationery etc.
Basic phone calls, emails and printing stationery are including in the hourly rate. |
