Debbie has been growing her business since 2004 and is an experienced Assistant and Business Manager. Now expanding Deb-e-Secretarial to include Associates which will provide clients with the security of working with one business and not getting tangled with too many service providers. Debbie is a hands-on business owner who believes in quality service to her clients.

To provide you with the best possible service Deb-e-Secretarial & Associates is building a team of experienced VAs who have a broad range of specialties such as copywriting, design, telemarketing, web design and administration. This ensures that Deb-e-Secretarial is your 'one-stop VA shop' for all your outsourcing business needs. Meet some of our team members and put a face to the friendly assistance you receive. We have more Associates, however some are a little camera shy, but we will do our best to get everyone's details here in the near future.
Marie - Designer and Transcriptionist
Marie has over 20 years of office experience from office junior to senior PA, trainer and database administrator in both small and large corporate offices. Transcription experience covers a broad range of topics including neuropsychological assessment. Marie also uses her creative side to design logos, banners and backgrounds, e-newsletters, prepare print layouts and build websites (and provide back end web support) using the Adobe CS4 suite on her Mac.
Jenny - VA
Jenny has been an administrator in various roles and industries, government and private, for over 20 years. These roles included Personal Assistant tasks, front of house and back office for events like graduations and seminars, managing students for various establishments, typing, word processing, desktop publisher, telemarketing, spreadsheets, library management, database management, creating and delivering internal training packages, internet research, accounts receivable and payable, and liaising with clients in many capacities and using many forums. A great all rounder.
Kellie - Virtual Personal Assistant
Kellie possesses more than 15 years experience within an administrative/clerical environment, including providing high level customer sales and service, accounts payable/receivable, and general office administration assistance so she can assist with any support.
Lesley - Transcriptionist and VPA
Lesley has over 16 years of professional office experience at a senior level working in medical secretarial, general administration, office management, customer service, staff training and Executive Personal Assistant roles primarily in the Government, corporate, medical, and education (University) industries. Lesley has been delivering executive business support services to individuals, entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors, small businesses and large companies in Brisbane, Australia-wide and to overseas clients since 2005.
Louise - VA with Organisation/Procedure Focus
Louise has been a Virtual Assistant for 3 years. Previously she was an Executive Personal Assistant for 5 years and involved in office and event management prior to that. Louise has worked in a variety of industries which have provided her with a wealth of experience that will benefit you - the client. She has very strong organisational focus in things such as creating/managing databases, writing procedure manuals, arranging company training and events and email/calendar management – as long as it needs organising, Louise is your lady!
Monika - Social Media and e-books VA
Monika has over 20 years secretarial/PA/admin experience with a variety of companies, small and large, government and private, including working as a temp and employed as a secretary/PA with major multinational oil companies for 10 years. Monika specialises in creating e-books and is branching out to include social media and blog management to be a complete service for speakers and solopreneurs.
Nicola – Transcriptionist
Nicola has 12 years experience in secretarial and administrative services. She has worked predominantly in law as a senior legal secretary to Queen’s Counsel barristers as well as management consulting. Nicola decided to start her transcription business whilst working in chambers when she saw the need for junior barristers to receive secretarial and WPO support without the need to have a secretary in-house. From there, she branched out of legal transcription, subcontracting to individuals and corporations within Australia and internationally in an array of industries. Nicola prides herself in producing high quality transcripts in a timely turnaround.
Sandy - telemarketer and VA
Sandy has been a secretary/PA for many years and to broaden her skills she now includes Business-to-Business telemarketing and data entry. She has had a lot of experience with compiling and maintaining databases in Excel as well as generating scripts and emails to utilise in her telemarketing. She is also proficient at correspondence and report typing and can also assist you with internet researching and general VA duties.
Sharron - Copywriter and Resume Writer
Culminating in over 14 years professional office experience, Sharron’s background has been dominated by transcription, secretarial, general administration, customer service and data entry at a senior level. In early 2008, Sharron decided to pursue her love of the written word through copywriting and resume writing. Refining her copywriting skills through Bernadette Schwerdt of the Australian School of Copywriting and her resume writing skills with Beverley Neil (both women well respected in their chosen industries), Sharron’s clients range from Real Estate Agents and Property Renovators right through to the Virtual Assistant industry itself.
Tania - Design, Website Maintenance and More
Tania's passion is to assist clients with backend support for online businesses. She offers many services including social media packages, email marketing, website maintenance, website design and creation, graphic design/print and multimedia.
